Louise Lynch's Reference Letter
To whom it may concern,
I am very pleased to be writing a supporting statement for Donna Frost. I had the privilege of Donna coming into my Year 5 class during Term 2 of 2014, as a part of the Dancing like the Stars program.
During that time Donna displayed an enthusiasm and love of dance, which my class responded to immediately. Her teaching style encouraged and supported the children learning a wide variety of dance skills, and also challenges them to step out of the comfort zone. Her understanding of how children learn is exceptional and appears effortless. Donna has excellent student management, her manner is inclusive and ensures full participation from all students.
Donna is committed to achieving the best outcome for all her students, as she provided an adapted program with an alteration of choreography to allow for a very successful outcome for a student with physical disabilities. Donna helped him develop confidence in his abilities when performing a complex dance routine.
Donna has a natural warmth and a genuine regard for all the students, staff and parents she interacts with. It has been a pleasure to work alongside her.
To Donna & Warren, Our dance group is very very lucky to have you both, and I'm proud to be part of it. I've wanted to say this for a while. Simply, thanks. You're both a couple of wonderful people. I seriously can't lay it on thicker! LOL! Have a great break. Take care xx
It has been a long hard road, full of blood, sweat, bruises, and tears!
I wouldn't have made it out onto the stage without some amazing support.
My team mates from Latin Fire, especially Kathy Reese, Brenna Ogier, Mellinda Fitzgerald, Holly Hobbie, Nicola McCall, & Maeve Gresham.
Thanks to my flatmate Michael Hobbs for helping with my music and calling me moose!
Thanks to Donna Frost for your support and guidance.
Warren Frost thank you for kicking my arse when I wanted to throw in the towel.
And finally to my family, especially my husband for picking me up whenever I was down.
I love you all.
